We have gotten a travel administration solution which is both user friendly, easy to maintain, and last but not least, based on a widespread, tested platform. The tools provide considerable time savings for my users. We were quickly up and running. From the beginning untill we were in the air with a full solution, only 5 weeks went by. I think this was pretty decent for a solution as advanced as this one.

Department manager
I am manager of our export department, and have the responsibility of approving my colleagues' travels and travel costs. As a manager I always have tons of other tasks which require my attention. Increased travel activity made it necessary to have a system that allowed me more time to find good prices on our travels, and at the same time ensured that all of our travel activities live up to our travel policies. Travel-X eases this task. The system guides the travellers through the itinerary so I get all of the right information and is free of a lot of following up and typing work.

Travels are often part of an exciting job - including mine. But it has to be simple to travel - before, during and after the trip. With Travel-X it will be, as it efficiently removes a lot of the "extra travel time", which I usually had to add on to advance-booking, travel booking and travel settlement. Now I handle everything directly from the screen - regardless of where I am - quick and easy.
